How do you reset the Adobe Application Manager?

i in middle of workflow , went wrk on other cpu...came , adobe had done mandatory cloud sofware update , new rules.

 

the workflow computer took upload , restarted none of applications work , adobe aplication manager unusable??

i uninstall of cs6 apps , use clearer tool ensure got removed. leaving applications update unattended should not cause kind of issue. when going reinstall/update try under different conditions, disable anti-virus software running , try installing within new user account administrative rights.
