After purchasing Creative Cloud I can no longer access my Adobe ID
very frustrated after chatting "chat support" - adobe id working fine, , has been 5 year, untill signed creative cloud today , paid money. right after making purchase adobe id no longer worked, had use partners id onto forum , post message!
resetting password - process works fine, recieve password reset email , told reset succesful login not work?
anyone had happen before? or ideas? cant wait 48 hour support or wait monday telephone support need go on business trip tomorrow.
