can CS6 exploit the GPU on my desktop when accessed from my laptop with RDP?
just clarify further: both machines running windows 7 professional or better (so full version of rdp available), , cs6 runiing on desktop, accessed laptop.
as gpu being used compute resource, cs use desktop gpu acceleration?
sad day if not - considering ditching expensive laptops , use medium spec laptop gutsy desktop (which 1/3rd price / performance) have network run on @ home.
no, @ least not i've seen in past. opengl that's available via rdp software version 1.1 microsoft builds in base.
do have 2 machines can test with? try experiment: log in remotely, start photoshop, - system info , see photoshop sees.
i'm going go experiment myself, last time did photoshop cs5. don't think there difference, i'd sure when answer people. i'll post back...
