Can't update credit card info, is asked to provide a "valid phone number"?


i'm kinda distressed here.
been trying update credit card info on subscription creative cloud since got new card , blocked old one.
i input correct details, when press "make payment , reactivate", error message saying "please enter valid phone number".
this makes no sense! phone number valid, , i've tried using several other numbers no avail.
i manage next page writing country code (+47) in front of number, error saying "there problem in store".

 

i've called customer service, said had problem bank , should contact them. there no problem bank.
and can use card fine both in shops , online elsewhere.
i've tried using several other credit cards not issue. "valid phone number" is.

 

and i'm @ wit's end since there 00 days left on subscribtion, , says have short "grace period" update info before
i can no longer access subscription. how supposed when customer service closed on weekends?

 

obviously kind of internal problem store/adobe , not card.
can this? please!
