CS6, Ikegami MXF NOT Supported In Prelude & AME With Plug-In Installed?

hi all,

 

the curse of ikegami mxf strikes again!  installed cs6 including of latest adobe updates far good.  love lot of new features though haven't  had of chance nitty gritty editing @ point. excited prelude! 

 

i purchased corresponding latest version of plug-in:

...which allows ppro package ikegami mxf files import through media browser.  assumed plug-in translate prelude , ame ingest/import ikegami mxf properly.  tested in ppro, successful, , went today perform various transcode tests in hopes of having purhcase 1 pricey plug-in license rather having purchase 3 in total.  unfortunately prelude not seem recognize plug-in...here's screen shot of media browser in ppro vs. prelude.

i attempted import straight ame attempt ikegami transcode.  pretty positive method not work, , correct.  ame crashed when single ikegami mxf video file imported.

 

please tell me issue/bug? can fixed! or enthusiasm prelude solution catdv/ikegami incompatibility deflated...i don't want forced situation involving tedious workflow of exporting/transcoding individual ikegami clips out of ppro used on our other 2 editors and/or having battle tightening state bureacracy money purchase 2 more expensive total code licenses...

can contact mainconcept support again , work them reproduce ame import crash?  lead developer (who responsive) apparently looked customer support notes , didn't see ame crasher experienced, , cannot reproduce problem on side.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
