Exclusive update release for Adobe Cloud customers

excuse me, adobe.

 

don't wrong, have nothing against adobe. please know , realize adobe don't realize this, or don't have heart realize now. adobe losing valuable registered lifetime 'diehard' adobe customers other creative professionals , myself.

 

yesterday learned adobe released exclusive update release adobe creative cloud customers illustrator's new package update. find ironic approach, because know diehard adobe illustrator customers have request for years. adobe ignored us, creative professionals, instead of us, focusing on adobe creative cloud customers.

 

rest assured, adobe master collection cs6 more final upgrade purchase. big slap in face. know not me, knowing many other creative professionals upset am.

 

don't me wrong, wholeheartedly (now was) lifetime diehard adobe customer.

 

dear adobe, tell me if wrong. cannot justify cost benefit analysis on advantage of adobe creative cloud, more of "renting" while many other creative professionals including myself prefer traditional way of upgrading through adobe online store in past , @ present time. many of prefer "traditional" way of "owning" adobe creative suite apps rather 'renting' apps. in long run, owning traditional app/purchase have super duper advantage on cloud in terms of real cost of doing business. while traditional customers myself still own adobe apps if when adobe decides no longer support, still own legacy versions regardless.

 

so, happens if 1 day, out of blue, fear adobe realize adobe creative cloud not viable or feasible continue. make customers not happy. happens traditional customers creative professionals , myself spent huge amount of investment in traditional qualified upgrades, , switched cloud.. 1 day adobe decide not support adobe creative cloud.. means traditional customers myself owned versions of serialization numbers on years - down in drain , adobe creative cloud 'temporary' annual serial number no longer viable, , force pay full traditional license on again. in case, dealing concern. cannot possibly trust adobe on one. have huge benefit of doubt on one.

 

for example, adobe decided invest of resources developed new applications such adobe flash catalyst , few others in adobe creative suite cs5. when adobe released cs6, adobe dropped flash catalyst. 1 of example on why have benefit of doubt on long term viability , feasibility of adobe creative cloud.

 

please listen us, creative professionals out of our concerns.

 

if adobe refuse listen, include in respect, it. possible adobe losing many lifetime, diehard adobe creative professionals.

 

to honest, disappointed adobe's attitude toward creative professionals' being diehard lifetime support , invested lot of our time, tools, , skills , everything... time , money. down in drain. thanks!

this kick in gut.  guess have have way lure "perpetual license" owners on more expensive subscription license.  it's pretty amazing can away when have no competition.  think collect output , unembed images make cs7 or there special gold plated cs7.1 loyal cloud members?
