pl me installed creative suit cs6 master collection bt after installation flash crash automatic after running wht can do? useing windows x64 pl want solution

please follow process before launching application.

1. launch application

2. press ctrl +shift+ alt (before open intial screen)

3. delete professional setting yes/ no pop appear

4. select yes

please let me know if works you.
