Permissions error when setting SEF to on - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have odd situation site 'healthebuddy.co.uk' - on front page have series of articles (public) link specific page (also public). these pages intended helpers persons not logged-in background info on site.
with sef set no pages work/link correctly but, when sef changed yes fail link , request user log-in.
i have localhost copy (for update purposes) - same issue applies here it's unlikely hosting issue.
i have searched forum can't find similar issue.
