PSD shadow in InDesign
i've got problem photoshops shadow in indesign. psd has few layers , last 1 (the lowest) in black 75% opacity , multiply in it. after placing psd file indesign shadow isn't multiply background. in created pdf can see background became lighter everywhere shawdow became darker.
is there "normal-placing" method import multiply attribute photoshop?
here see mean. left wrong, right goot (i placed 2 files, first without shadow, second without photo- shadow). right 1 second file selected multiply in indesign.
when write shadow psd don't mean shadow effect indesign. effect generated whole picture, not only, example, of bottom of picture.
that long known issue , due difference in way 2 applications handle graphics.
you’ll need add dropshadow in indesign or create shadow layer in photoshop, place in indesign, duplicate graphic , use object layers options set blend mode.
