Thread: Partition on which ubuntu installed missing


i use windows 7: home premium , have 3 partitions on hard disk. lately installed ubuntu not on c: (win 7) on d: (size 104 gb). now, can't find drive (d:\) on ubuntu. can still find on win 7. please help.

if similar problem has been discussed on other thread, please direct me same. thank you.

the confusion in labelling. if open gparted (partition editor) mount point ubuntu mounted on / , whatever label have chosen (if have used one).

ubuntu install in directory / on sda* (where * number, sda5 instance).
