Windows 7 - Windows 8 - Elements 9

my issue rather simple.

 

having bought , installed elements 9 using laptop running vista satisfied elements unfortunately laptop not. hard drive crashed loss of data nothing elemnets 9.

 

i have upgarded windows 7 home edition , want re-install elements (from bought disk) @ same time considering upgarding laptop , os. of course mean new laptop running windows 8.

 

can install elements 9 onto existing laptop (windows 7) , transfer new laptop (windows 8)? recall 2 installations permitted. above have used 1 don't want use remaining install, happy upgrade elements 10.

you can reset activations calling support. whther or not older versions actualyl work on win 8 technically question entirely....

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
