Problems modifying the httpd.conf file

we running flash media server 4.5 on windows server 2008. want move vod folder default in webroot. create new vod folder , modify httpd.conf file points new vod location. stop , restart flash media server service. however, server acts old paths cached somewhere in system. videos in new vod folder not work. videos in old vod folder open though httpd.conf file modified.   we made sure client browsers on tested had cache cleared.   anyone have ideas might going on here? hi,   please try restarting fmshttpd service separately.   -shiven More discussions in Adobe Media Server adobe

i did 11.04 install onto thinkpad w520 16 gb ram. free - m shows 3.5gb (as top) browsing help/forums seems 11.04 installer should have detected ram , installed proper kernel. feedback on how rectify appreciated. functionally seems great, missing of ram. went 32 bit ubuntu because people (including canonical on download page), recommend it. may move 64 bit, solve 32 bit first. go synaptic package manager , in search box type linux-image , find linux-image 2.6.38.8-generic-pae:install , should fine. CS4 to CS6 After Effects Color Issue with Linked Photoshop Files

hi, converted cs4 project cs6 , work wonderfully except photoshop files different in color.  know because took screenshots of video working , edited them in photoshop before importing them in project know color should match.  screenshot may (as can see i've increased brightness , contrast in affected area may see happening.  there photoshop layer covering number of scratches on guiter (it beat up) , in original (cs4) project hid them while in cs6 project there.     i not sure why photoshop files acting differently are.  need re-export, please if possible.  thank much.  jason. check color managemnt options in ps , ae. files possibly tagged specific profile may act differently across versions.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

How to prevent dialog box asking how to handle PDFs while Protected Mode is disabled?

hello,   so must missing registry key setting somewhere or (i hope).  have adobe acrobat reader 10.1.4.  when install adobe acrobat reader disable protected mode due issues it.   my problem is, when launch reader or try view pdf embedded in web page (or anywhere else matter) pop dialog box asking how proceed.  given 3 options:   open pdfs while protected mode disabled 1 time. always open pdfs while protected mode disabled. never open pdfs whle protected mode disabled.   i need configure option 2 how reader behaves.   we small shop, have 4 people on team (excluding me).  have on 1500 machines public kiosks need configured when 10.1.4 installed.  reader out of date in our deployment, apparently because of issue holding pushing newer versions.   if has ideas i'd love hear them.  set manually , looked @ registry hive adobe , didn't see changes existing keys or new keys created i'm not sure can done via registry... moving discussi...

OSX - Sort folders descending

i using osx mountian lion , lr4.1.   my folders on harddrive named in following manner: yyyy-mm - description 1960-01 - new york 1960-02 - boston ... 2012-08 - madrid   when in library mode folders on harddrive sorted ascending alphabetically in left panel underneath folders - macintosh hd - pictures - above.   problem actual folder @ bottom after long time scrolling down. work on recent folders only; have actual dates @ top. there way sort in descending order in view (from new old folders)? did not find solution collections either.   i appreciate every bit of drives me crazy.   thanks in advance! have tried using recent sources: feature on filter bar above film strip near bottom of screen? takes used folders , allows set favorites. doesn't asking speed workflow.. Digital Signature Discrepancy

hi there, writing because baffled problem.   i have 2 pdfs, signed same person. properties of signature identical. yet bizarre reason, 1 shows warning message "at least 1 signature has problems" while other not.   now, please note that issue not rid of warning . @ point, if can figure out how make go away, may investigate that. now, focus on the discrepancy between 2 documents   is there cause 1 document show signature warning, while other not? signature properties 100% identical each document.   thanks help. don't mean sound pushy, know full how frustrating seek in forum , have people (despite intentions), focusing on wrong part of issue. was moment of signing? wonder if, otherwise, file damaged after signing. hey guys... i using photoshop cs6 exteneded since days, , wrote text in 3d mode. after finishing it, tried render it. after finishing rendering, try save work, "could not save because there not enough memoryram" , after tries save it, " not complete request because of program error" happens. i use windows 7 intel core i3, 2.13 ghz, , ram 4 gb   thax sam how vram have on gpu?  believe 512 min. functions of 3d. No database table is created - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i installed xampp 1.8.1 (php 5.4.7, mysql 5.5.27, apache 2.4) , tried install joomla 3.0, install process hangs after creating database ( database created - can see using phpmyadmin ), no table created. if stop browser , start again install process , choose remove existing database, comes step 3, choose "default english sample data". can see shortly 2 progress bars (one creating database , 1 creating tables) there still no table created in database , page come step 3. install process not display errors. looked in logs (mysql, apache log, windows event log), see no error. database created, not access problem mysql , phpmyadmin works perfectly. i had problem 3.0.0 , still have same problem 3.0.1. i tried several times ( removing whole folder joomla 3.0 files - installed in directory "xampp\htdocs\joomla3" ), have same problem. have in directory "xamp\htdocs\joomla2" joomla 2.5.7 , works without problem. apache configured run several virtual hosts. 1 of them ...

Trouble loading 10.1.1

i have laptop had reload window 7 on , can't adobe load. keep getiing error 1935 hresult: 0o80070422. i've tried different browsers, turning of security, , everyting else i've seen on line. nothing has worked. help!   kelly if have reader version installed, remove using http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html   then suggest download full installer (latest version) http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ , run it.   however, same error may still occur; possibly because of inconsistency in microsoft .net framework.  or there update running shortly before tried install adobe reader?   if problem persisists suggest run microsoft fixit check system inconsistencies. in preparation adding translated content, enabled language filter plugin, published language switcher module , added proper content languages , everything. after bug fixing, looked fine. after deploying these changes live site (restricting access switcher admins see , switch languages now), noticed articles in category weren't showing up. couldn't figure out going on, until started checking other category lists. dozens of articles missing, in different category view menu items tried, both blog , list , custom type made called news. i tested think of: using multiple languages, , without language switcher visible, changing languages of articles, categories, , menu items in question, opening , saving them, changing publish dates, everything. nothing worked until tried disabling language filter. much more testing later, discovered articles handful of authors (about 7, including myself, super admin) invisible category view on front end. i can find nothing in common these user accoun...

trouble completing the download

we have purchased online creative suite 6 design , web prem win esd (canada) program computer not working on computer. when step 7 ( in folder created extraction, navigate "setup" installer icon, double-click it, , follow installation instructions.) there no setup icon anywhere , when try extract final complete file/folder tells me there no space on computer. space not problem @ though, new computer. there space/place/drive should downloaded on? you may run out of temporary disc space in user local temp folder --> c:\users\sarah\appdata\local\temp. little housekeeping. may try , use tools winzip or winrar more extraction options may prevent tihs error before party started...   mylenium More discussions in Downloading, Installing, Setting Up adobe

actually, quite new linux(you can understand question), have used live cd's in various places. have intel system, specifications follows: processor : intel core 2 duo e8400 @ 3.00 ghz motherboard : intel dg33fb ram : 2 * 2 gb ddr2 @ 800 mhz so, if want install ubuntu 11.04 in system, after installation have actually, install drivers, motherboard drivers, or ubuntu automatically supply via internal drivers. the main things need install additional drivers wireless , graphics cards (although if have integrated intel graphics card, might not need them). else work automatically out of box. after installing, open "additional drivers" dialog install drivers don't installed automatically. ubuntu 11.04,windows 7 dual boot. total linux / ubuntu novice. installed ubuntu 11.04 afternoon. installation went smoothly did not wireless internet connection. aapparent problem in top panel : network device not working (firmware missing) hunting indicated 1 needed remove files , install others using synaptic. found synaptic, loaded clicking , found file install. package tab greyed out. suggestions going wrong? btw 11.04 different enough have not yet found terminal suggestions re it, please include suggestion on how find it. thanks, suggestions gratefully received john what firmware package trying install? try using additional drivers function see if offers install firmware wireless. otherwise, find terminal , run: code: sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install firmware where firmware name of package trying install. not know terminal on ubuntu 11.04 since not using...

hi   i'm getting error code when trying install em 6.0.2 ... have tried uninstalling , reinstalling latest em download etc etc - no change.   what error mean , have past it?   thanks help richard 1. please download em 6.0.2 patch installer http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/ , run manually update em. 2. if doesn't work, please follow instructions @ http://forums.adobe.com/message/4431136#4431136 generate log file. log file name not same in instructions. i transfering movies on hard drives, during transfer tripped , pulled plug on 1 of hard drives. i'm getting "unable mount elements" says i'm running 10.04 ubuntu on hp g62 don't have internet on linux laptop device still works because connected friends laptop (windows xp) , view on it error mounting: mount exited exit code 13: $mftmirr not match $mft (record0). failed mount '/dev/sdc1':input/ouput error ntsf either inconsistent, or there hardware fault, or it's a softraid/fakeraid hardware. in first case run chkdsk /f on windows reboot windows twice. usage of /f parameter very important! if device softraid/fakeraid first activate , mount different device under /dev/mapper/ directory, (e.g. /dev/mapper/nvidia_eahaabcc1). please see 'dmarid' documentation more details run scandisk/chkdsk on windows. bonjour à tous !   voilà mon problème : on m’a demandé de créer plusieurs documents sous indesign utilisant la même charte graphique. jusque-là aucun soucis : hop hop hop, je crée plusieurs documents avec le même gabarit, et vlà le travail.   mais maintenant, on me demande de créer un dernier document synthétisant le tout : il doit être composé de pages précises venant des documents précédents. et le hic, c’est qu’il faut que ces pages soient insérées de manière « dynamique » : en gros si je modifie le document initial, la transformation est reportée dans le document synthèse.   je pensais utiliser un livre, mais vu que je ne dois prendre que des pages précises, je ne sais pas comment faire !   avez-vous une idée ? je vous remercie d’avance de l’aide que vous pourr...

Videos are overlapping. Adobe not auto adjusting when moving the clip? Why?

i'm making home movie adobe premiere pro. have lot of videos clips i'm adding time line. i'm adding them in video 3, back. however, have new problem. videos starting overlap each other, , hard align them timing right , complete. adobe doing automatically me before, auto move/adjust video ending of video before doesn't overlap when drag it. feature stopped working. can tell me how fix this? also, i'm using adobe cs5.   thanks in advance!!! hit 's' snap. or press 'magnet' in top left corner of timeline More discussions in Premiere Pro CC adobe

Illustrator Icon in Creative Cloud

i have uploaded 33mb file creative cloud.  displays icon, , won't show either of 2 artboards contained inside.  happens in chrome , ie on win7, safari on ipad2.  same if try import artboard collage.  issue happened file in both cs5 , cs6 versions of illustator.   i have uploaded few other illustrator files multiple artboards , various sizes without issue.  within file causing problem?  i got same problem , not in multiple artboards. no matter not working. got export jpeg show client, pdf grey out work. i using jomsocial on icetheme community template. following problems facing: 1-the videos not showing on frontpage should be. video.jpg 2-the videos in "all videos" view display on 1 side instead of centred , organized. videos 2.jpg 3-the pictures in "all pictures" view not display correctly. photo.jpg 4-the other pictures in "single picture" view not showing correctly. note: problem not jomsocial changed default template , display correctly. help ? i'm using default interface of joomsocial demo: http://www.homedesignlove.com/me.html it works fine on computer equipment. i love extension , appreciate it. in image attached i think using versions compatible template joomsocial not.
