hi got problems pen tool. when want use pen tool , select shapes error says "could not use pen tool because of program error" dont understand whats happening photoshop. help generally speaking, if have pc i'd suggest checking see if there updated drivers system - example, check web site of maker of video card see whether they've released new display driver hardware , operating system.   if have mac, well, can try tweaking settings in preferences - performance dialog, making sure quit , restart photoshop when you're done.   try resetting tool:       failing that, can request photoshop clear preference settings defaults.  it's not unheard of photoshop's preferences corrupted state things don't work right, , corrects problems.   to that, press control - shift - alt (or on mac command - shift - option) upon cold-starting photoshop, confirm pop-up asks confirm deletion of current preferences.  of course, after doing this, you'll have set preferences ...

hi have crystal reports xi r2 report includes in report ole object linked pdf file. since users have upgraded adobe reader 9 adobe reader x, pdf image displayed when crystal report output shrinks approximately 25% of size. uninstall reader x , reinstall reader 9 , pdf image appears correct size when crystal report output. the users needs upgrade reader x. any ideas how resolve this? are documents shrunk, or display zoomed out? hello, trying figure out how unmount cd. have ubuntu 10.10 , using virtualbox guest os of windows xp. when run xp, reason xp not access cd player. think might need unmount cd in ubuntu, xp can read it, don't know how unmount cd. don't have in /media folder except "floppy" , "floppy0" directory, cd not mounted there. also, thing in /mnt directory "floppy" directory. have /dev/sr0, believe cd device, tried unmount , doesn't work. hola, aqui le dejo mi problema que me gustaria resolver.  cuando conecto mis micros configuro el tema de audio en mi os (windows 7 de 64 bits) y lo predetermino en 96000 hz. abro eladobe audition cs6 y al iniciar un uevo audio de forma de onda le indico que quiero q sea de 96000 hz, luego en hardware de audio eligo la velocidad de muestreo de 96000 hz y al momento de grabar me aparece una ventana q dice que las velocidades de m de in , out no coinciden. alguna idea de por que sucede esto? hola jona mori lo seguro es que tu tarjeta de audio no soporte esa velocidad de muestreo y por ese motivo te lanza ese mensaje de error   fijate que  me surge una duda de tu post ¿para que y que deseas grabar con  esa velocidad de muestreo?        aunque tu pc sea de ultima generacion 64 bits no quiere decir que por eso le vas subir la velocidad para dar mas calidad a tus audios en todo caso lo recomendable para mayor calidad seria grabar tus audios 32 b...

hi, i have sony handycam records .mts files (avchd). (sony hdr-xr550) but when import file premiere pro cs6 (mac) imports video , not audio it. (so no audio track video track) normally worked fine in cs5.5 , lower since cs6 has problem. i have tried to 1. convert .mts other extentions (.mp4 , .mov) changed time did audio track no audio in it. i working in indesign 6 , designing circles divided pieces, pie-charts. first created circle graphic frame , cut in half scissor tool. great. want cut peices in half (to quarters) seems scissor won't work on pieces. know how or have alternate method? i had never used scissors before playing them try , find answer... looks slice shape 2 open paths. in order cut 2 new shapes had close paths. grab pen tool, click on end of half-circle 1, click on other end of half-circle 1 close path. visually looks same closed path can cut again scissiors. you'll have each part of circle need slice.   not sure if solution, seems work. cumbersome, yes, might work until find better solution! bug: a spread single page inherits guides both pages of master spread based on.   what looks like:   steps reproduce: file>new>document... in dialog choose print intent , b5 size (facing pages should enabled) add horizontal guides on both pages of master spread . add 1 more page document. enjoy show.   it happen if change size of document in new document dialog. not regularly , not presets , if change width. once document caught bug nothing helps eliminate it: re-save, export idml, recreation of guides, tried of it. guides both sides of master spread continue show up.   checked in indesign 7.5.3 , 8.0 on windows 7 x64 , indesign 7.5.3 on osx 10.7.4 . i can reproduce here following steps, doesn't happen if use different page size. suspect is, indeed bug, , should report it: adobe - feature request/bug report form More discussions in InDesign adobe

i have been trying install trial version of indesign several days now. download successful, nothing happens when click install. have tried both download manager , manual download - same thing happened both times.   there nothing in application folder, , there no adobe logs in logs folder. download going default user folder.   i trying install indesign on mac computer given me. i'm not mac person, , don't know start trouble shooting. mac 10.4.11 20 gigs hd , 2 gigs sdram.   for manual download, file extension .dmg - suggests "damaged" me, don't know file type should be. there no error messages , no indication problem download.   i tearing hair out. taking time away work. how try these products when have keep downloading on , on , over, , logs aren't instructuctions should be? no, forget it. it's old. info provided points first generation intel macbook or imac doesn't support required stuff. read system requirements:   http://www.adobe.com/products/ind...
