i'd change db engine 1 of joomla 1.5 website innodb myisam, due speed of execution on quite big database. i'm not expert on db's , i'd know if there problem in converting db used production site. thank you back first, file , mysql. don't assume change trivial try not bring production site it's knees. just safe...but don't use inno db, maybe on higher traffic , larger tables use mysqli. backup, take site offline, give shot, move forward , restore backup if necessary. why using innodb anyway? doesn't joomla ship/install mysql , mysql , mysqli? anyways, cheat , use akeeba backup , re-install site it, or alter mysql if have technical knowledge. shouldn't issue, going move prestashop away innodb hopefully. for reason default pdf presets deleted mac. ones [smallest file size], [press quality] , [print quality]. weren't present in default location either (library, application support, adobe, adobepdf). copied them second machine. seemed work, however, names in indesign, photoshop , illustrator in english, while installed cs3 in dutch. in acrobat pro names still in dutch. on machines cs3 installed in dutch language. pdf presets have english names on machines, shouldn't matter? other machine using same default pdf preset files english names when export in indesign still displays name in dutch should. how make names in every application in dutch again, acrobat does? admittedly i'm bit new premiere.  , i'm hoping there novice aspects how sequence setup , settings chosen on export.   the problem i'm having after i've rendered effects in edit, can watch @ full quality in real time playback, when export takes long did render sequences in first place... if not longer.  example 8 minute video looking @ 1.4 2 hours export "match sequence settings" checked.  , yes did try "use previews" well.   my confusion that, doing same task in fcp takes seconds. i've worked in prores422 , exported prores422 in maybe 10 seconds 5 minute edit.   here... i'm assuming sequnce settings aren't quite right somewhere.  appreciated. i've worked in prores422 , exported prores422   that may issue.  pp can't "use previews" when going quicktime preview quicktime export, full render each time. i'm not sure if right board post to, here goes nothing: i'v been trying create joomla template in dreamweaver. used mamp set local host. however, when try view created in browser, white page message "restricted access". i'm pretty sure i'm doing wrong in connecting test server. have installed joomla in site's folder , have set permissions open completely. i can access end , have installed sample data. right now, template set standard beez one, on front end, should appear. however, when go localhost:8888/joomla_nieuw (which temporary site name), nothing comes , site remains blank. in files box in dreamweaver, folders on testing server come out red, on local folder green , on remote server, blue. i'm not sure if indicates anything..? i'm absolutely stuck , don't know how proceed. if can point me in direction solution awesome! can imagine might need more information though, don't hesitate ask anything. thanks million, charlotte ...
