just upgraded pp6 , have bit of problem.  when new video capture tape, pp not let me name file.  process seems same, when type in new file name, error message saying "cannot change file, keeping original name".  when check folder, file there name "untitled clip 01", ect.  can rename clip in folder, when working on large project gets pain.  figure feature of sort (auto save?), can't figure out.  help?    thanks, steve this bug in cs6.  please submit bug report fixed. work around...you have name clip in clip name box right before capture it. i running win64 , lot of pdf generation in framemaker 10 using acrobat x printer driver. printing pdf slow. have tried whatever suggestions find in groups. setting printer driver to  file did not help. juggling pdf verision compatibility did not either. cannot change resolution because results may become low rez. my  book files consists of fifty pages each externally linked pdf file. pdf file links cad drawings , can pretty complex. save linked pdf files pdf optimized in order make files lighter. but still ... printing pdf takes around 15 minutes. wondering wether there other ways of speeding process besides adjusting settings in printing process. possible assign more processors or more ram instance ?   regards bjørn how print document pdf?   have tried save pdf...? hi, have update xorg-edgers ppa on xubuntu 11.04 installed on 8 g usb drive (it test) , killed compiz. "compiz --replace" produces error message compiz (core) - fatal: root visual not gl visual compiz (core) - error: failed manage screen: 0 compiz (core) - fatal: no manageable screens found on display :0.0 running glxinfo produces this name of display: :0.0 error: couldn't find rgb glx visual or fbconfig to make sure xorg-edgers culprit used ppa-purge remove system , normal. sure added ppa , upgraded again. after rebooting compiz killed , glxinfo produced same error. therefore warning use ppa not update little while. instead of purging ppa again staying know when update fix released. got update in xserver-common , xserver-xorg-core , problem appears solved. can't compiz start automatically @ startup, th...

i have had several complaints viewers lately web site (located @ http://www.nc-flyfishing.com ) not displaying correctly. fyi, web master used joomla 1.5.22 construct initial template , taught me how use joomla tweak basic template , publish content. however, after working on formatting , content approximately year , half, spent fourteen hours 1 day working on formatting front page , achieved felt perfect format. so, closed joomla , shut computer down evening. but, when got next day, turned on computer, logged isp, , brought web site, noticed formatting on front page highly skewed , did not @ had left day before!!! instance, main menu truncated such menu titles (which displaying fine day before) cut off not displaying of text. in addition, of pictures , text published on front page shifted left hand side of page instead of being centered before. also, top menu shifted extreme right hand side of page instead of being centered before. plus, there black shadow outline around banner ...

how folder list go newest @ top oldest folders @ bottom?   vic as far know, lightroom not have feature.   however, in grid, can force sorting of photos (not folders) newest oldest; or oldest newest (your choice). in toolbar @ bottom (press t if doesn't appear), clicking on az icon reverses sort order, , dropdown right lets choose sort criterion. i have image requires me blow drag many layers onto it.  problem every time drop new layer onto image appears in center, have move image, find dropped layer , drag want it.  frustrating , time consuming.  why elements , can stop it? i assume when you're "dropping new layer onto image" mean you're dragging , dropping image onto target image.   i hate using drag , drop, , question, use select...all (ctrl+a) on incoming image, edit...copy (ctrl+c) copy clipboard.  in enlarged target image, use edit...paste (ctrl+v) paste incoming image center of zoomed area.   ken More discussions in Photoshop Elements adobe

was running 10.10 64-bit on thinkpad x201. mistakenly clicked on upgrade morning (really meant plain old update)... tried stop process, nothing did me out of upgrade loop... forced go ahead. machine boots 11.04; however, keyboard , mouse doesn't work. have external keyboard/mouse combo , intermittently work, questionable. able turnoff unity; however, classic doesn't seem work either external keyboard or laptop builtin. root , home on separate partitions. have fresh copy of home backed on separate drive. don't have recent backup of root... if natty working classic (including minimize/maximize) i'd ok...i'd ok going 10.10 if without pain... meanwhile, i'm using machine windows 7 can @ least work , come resurrecting machine after i've had bit of timeout... help.................!!!!! it might easier fresh installation rather rescue failed upgrade. if new installation old root d...

hey using program in directory of ~/blast/bin. program called usearch4. type cd ~/blast/bin go directory usearch4 , other files need located. however, when go run program still have type ~/blast/bin/usearch4 have program run. lazy , type usearch4 , rest of commands run file. there way start program without having type whole path every time? or there alias can make somehow? code: cd ~/blast/bin code: ./usearch4 should trick. super lazy, after "./u" hit tab auto-complete. hey all, have hoping simple text wrap question.   i have inserted outlined text (i turned text vector object) , have placed single, full-justified text box spans entire page.  went wrap text offset 0 , majority of text wraps correctly.  running problems on, think, curved portions of outlined text.  text drops lines of text down , won't allow me wrap around sizable blocks of space after appears rounded portions of outlined text.  wraps around rounded areas, confuses me, though.   i not sure if stated have included example.   i unable text large empty spaces right of word "see".  if attempt backspace line up, begins bringing text above line down... not moving current line up.   any appreciated.   check wrap options:   More discussions in InDesign adobe

hi: have site @ all districts plumbing running rockettheme's metropolis v1.0/gantry v4.1.2 under joomla! v3.0.1. when joomla! plugin [extensions] -> [plugin manager] -> [system - cache] = enabled , click on menu, url changes page content doesn't change. when joomla! plugin [extensions] -> [plugin manager] -> [system - cache] = disabled , click on menu, url changes , page content changes. setting metropolis [menu] -> [module cache] = off , clearing cache didn't fix problem. switched site template joomla! protostar , problem same - i.e. joomla!
