i upgraded indesign cs6. working smoothly until went export master file magazine design. workflow such build each story in own indesign file, export pdf. have "master file" place completed pdfs into, apply page numbering using a-master , place advertisements, , export final 140-page file 1 single pdf. have been using process many years.   all of smaller individual pdfs export fine on own, when try export master file, crashes @ 75-99% completion. i understand why there multi-sco packager scorm, makes user experience in lms user friendly in peoplesoft elm terms, 1 component many lessons.   but if can't same thing aicc, makes user experience nightmare have 1 lesson per component. which means have many components. cant' decide if need talk peoplesoft or adobe this...is why it's better use scorm? this surely more aicc/lms limitation. i purchased photoshop cs5 extended little while ago campus bookstore. had chance crack box open , install. followed directions on box , went online student licensing serial number- making purchase nonrefundable. inserted disc, , waited... , waited... , never ran. went in computer (hp pavilion dv4, intel core2 duo t6500 @ 2.1 ghz, 4gb ram, 64 bit) , tried force install on disc drive, computer did not recognize disc readable. removed it, inserted movie, , played fine. installed updates computer, restarted system, , tried again- same result. stuck lemon? please help! i'm on grad school budget , can't afford buy new disc because 1 registered won't read brand new out of plastic wrap... if right click on disc , select open happens?
